Moving the XFCE main panel

The main xfce panel is placed at the bottom by default. In order to move the main panel to the top, for example, follow these steps.

Right Click on the Panel
Go to Panel > Panel Preferences…
Un-Check “Lock panel”
Grab the panel by one of the ends. The handles (two vertical dots rows) on the ends.
Drag the panel to the top or bottom as desired.
